At Ritual Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
